They muscles are tiny, in my club, at that age, playersd muscles are twice the size.
This more looks like boxing training session. There are Deadlifts? There are Squats? There are DB presses?
Why do they DB fly so litle weight?
Light weight high reps = endurance. Low reps high weight = strength. Moderate reps Moderate weight = mass. This is how we do it.
@SergVern you'll learn when you get older. they're super setting and keeping the intensity up, this means they will build muscle to put on more size
