@CaptainFreon Unions only work when employees have a choice as to whether or not they join. I do not WANT to be forced to join a union. I do not want to be FORCED to pay union dues, and I do not WANT to be forced to go through a union rep to deal with my managers/employers. The so-called "Employee Free Choice Act" would force me to do all those things if ten or eleven co-workers of mine signed cards. I would have no say. Unions have NO RIGHT to force us into their bodies!
Thank God for Labor organizations in America. In the beginning, we all know people were little more than surfs from the middle ages... "Owe my sole to the company store" as the song goes. A number of guys died trying to better their lives on the job. They bettered the USA!
The foundation of our society is a free vote, free to cast it in PRIVATE. Employee Free Choice Act is coercion and won't hold with the courts. Would the employer also have the right to obtain opt outs in the same manner?
