World Heritage Site. At more than 5500 years old, Ġgantija temples are the world's oldest free-standing structures, pre-dating the Pyramids of Egypt and Stonehenge.

  • Wow, what a great video of a magical place.

there must have been giants in those days.

the worked stones are very massive in a complex very ancient structure.

the history books are not telling us the real truth on mankind.

    thank you for posting this.

  • boerborn, thanks for your comment. In fact 'Ġgantija' in Maltese translates loosely into 'of the giants'. These temples are the oldest of the megalithic temples. There are many other similar unique mysterious structures in Malta some of which are in better condition.

  • there's no way that large boulders have been placed with hands or the way the books tell. It's something mysterious even for other structures around the world..

  • People need to stop dreaming and snap back into reality. Giants? Really? REALLY? You're seriously under-estimating the technical and engineering ingenuity of these ancient peoples.

  • revives great memories of a 1993 trip to the Maltese islands. Grazzi ħafna.

  • well made video but alas NOT worth the 16 euros they want to see it

  • being giant wouldnt make it any easier to build structures of megalithic size. the largest nephlim found were only 14 ft tall. not nearly strong enough to move 1,000 ton blocks

  • if the Pyramids are 7000years old

    GGantija 30000 years ?

  • You were there right?

  • The nephalim built this temple

  • tajjeb. imma issa ghandhom xi 'covering' taz-zibel ;(

  • Great!!..I was there but I didn't record...thanks so much for this video, it refresh my memories!
