  • To anyone watching, PCOS symptoms can be better controlled and lessened following a low carb, paleo or ancestral diet. You can get your life back.

  • my sister was 8...

  • im 17 and i have pcos i was diagnosed wen i was 15 i have most the symptoms she has i found out i had this wen my mom took me to the doctor because in like 2 months i gained 40 pounds not eating different and excersizing and my periods always were off and the hair and i would get these brown spots that no one knew why i would write more and i did but this thing wont let me anyone wanna talk msg me.

  • (c) control for treatment, but all it does is slow it down. I have a LOT of hair and always feel very ugly with it.

  • I have this. The facial hair part of it especially. I grow it bad on my face, neck, chest, back, and stomach. It's taken control of my life and I don't like leaving the house. I have to shave my face every other day and often wonder if this will be how I will live the rest of my life. Can't afford electrolysis or anything else like that. I am overweight, but trying my hardest to overcome that as well. If anyone has any advice, I would love some. :) I'm on Spironolactone and Zarah birth (c)

  • THIS IS EXACTLY MY STORY TOO ASHLEY!!! AMEN FOR BEING STRONG!

  • @PrincessKLS nope, it's true. that's my point. this video kind of makes it seem like if you have PCOS, you're doomed. but she's got it, and she's gone on to have children etc.
