Bird Photography Equipment used on Safari

Do you think i would get good close ups of aircraft with this and the raynox 2025 lens? an answer would be really appreciated.

@bobsurgranny Hi - Yes possible except it is really quite difficult to track moving objects - I have tried and as yet have not really got any good results. Hope this helps

I was very surprised to see you using an advanced point & shoot camera. The HS20EXR looks like a great camera from what I can tell from reviews on amazon and here on Youtube. Currently I am shooting a Canon Rebel T2i and was looking at a second camera to shoot while the T2i is mounted. The Canon is heavy in the feild with a 150-500mm lens and a second camera that is much lighter I believe would help for the quick shots. I love the Tripod setup you got. I will take a closer a the HS20EXR.

you talked a lot about the tripod, everyone does know that, but the cam spec. is the engine for taking photos.. i wish that u applied more photos or fast shots or even anything related to the cam rather than the tripod that took you about 5 minutes talking about it.
