I just rented "horrible bosses" from itunes & im trying to watch it from my ipod & whenever I press on it a message comes up with "cannot open".
On the same night I rented "whats your number" & it plays fine.
I am underage & horrible bosses is rated R on itunes, but on my account is my dads details. I dont think that has anything to do with it but I really need help. If anyone has anyone info I'll be happy to take it into account. I need help in the next 20 days or my movie will expire. k thsnk

i just got a new computer tonight and rented two movies. neither of them will play. rentals worked fine on my old computer two days ago. i hate itunes. im always having problems with them

i have 10 also, which also will not play movie rentals...techs are useless..however (ahem)...my cinema now rentlals ALSO will not play..cnow and itunes both use roxio as their PLAYER source...and i suspect that the sudden and coincidental failure of both sites may link back to roxio...by the way, netflix; die...thank you...NOT coming back...unbox is a horror i also attempted, against my will, and it would not even install....suggest you enquire of roxio and forget the sites themselves....
