@Metal4Honor I'm not sure what the specific sub-genre has to do with it, good music is good music and vice versa. I didn't intend for this to become some drawn out and meaningless Suicide Silence vs. Unearth debate. If you like Suicide Silence, I have no problem with that, I just wish people would give more than one band a try before blowing off all of it when they are going to listen to a new type of music. My intended message was that Unearth was a more universally likable band.

good old unearth....not very many bands like this anymore....this album is still in my opinion their best album start to finish it owns.

@Aplifiedproductions idk, bands like Suicide Silence are the reason ignorant people are turned off on metal before they ever listen to a single good band. Unearth has good vocals and they know how to tell a story with their instrumentals.
