  • Not too many of these guys around anymore. Buck and Don were great. The Buckaroos were an excellent country band. They don't make 'em like this anymore.

  • @muzzicman1 You have it backwards. The Beatles were Buck Owens fans and if you listen to their early stuff, it sounds just like Don Rich is playing the guitar on some of their songs.

  • Buck was a Beatles favorite, goes to show you good taste never gets old. I loved watching Buck and Roy on HeeHaw. I remember once hearing Buck do an Eagles song and thought he was pretty hip for an old country boy.....
