En este video se observa la detección de sangre sobre un zapato usando lucerol, una fórmula con fluoresceina y peróxido de hidrógeno al 3%, este reactivo es el sustituto perfecto del luminol. Se uso una cámara digital con un filtro ámbar y una fuente de luz de 450nm. This video shows how very diluted blood is detected on a shoe using fluorescein and hydrogen peroxide. We used an amber filter on the camera and a portable 450nm light. We found fluorescein to be a very good substitute for luminol.
