Wow man, how did you fry an optima ? I also have an everstart battery, but mine is deep cycle(for my computer). I think the everstart you have is a normal starting battery as well as the red top optima that blew. If you run your battery down a lot, you need a deep cycle battery (optima yellow top or everstart marine battery). Nice setup though, I like the horn tweeters in the seats.
