Jamie Foxx tells how, back in the early 90s, a waitress carelessly dropping two of his shrimp on the ground somehow led to Foxx getting into a fight with security, getting beaten by cops, and ending up in jail (for context, T.I. had just been arrested at the time of the broadcast for buying silencers)
