So, this is part one for my full extensive tutorial series on making Guild Wars Machinima.
Why would I make this?
Guild Wars Machinima is among some of the less commonly-seen. I think this is unfair. Guild Wars is far from the best engine, yet it is extremely far from the worst. I believe it deserves to be used more, but most people don't know where to start. So I made this, hoping it will help some people. Whether it helps 5 people or 5000 people, I'll be happy.

This is episode one: Recording Software. Originally I was going to cover editing software as well, but ran out of time. That will be seen in Episode Two most likely.

So how do we post our guild wars vids to machinima?

@darkjoe31 You have to have a contract, which you obtain if the machinima recruiter finds you and likes your videos.

@testingte plus I must say that 1: WeGame is no longer 100% free...now the free version will only record in half res, and you have to become a VIP for full res. and 2: the *site* for Taksi says it hasnt been updated since 2006, but the latest update which will record sound was from this year

taksi just mostly depends on what settings you put in it. I know I got it to work very well, and (for me at least) better than fraps in both quality and speed (small vid file size too) so in my opinion: taksi ftw ;P
