This almost seems rather adorable, that old, terminally unhip fellow gamefully playing along with this sort of ironic, tongue-in-cheek performance. But then I realize that these are America's social elite, some of the wealthiest and most powerful people, and somehow this show takes on something of a sinister edge that I just can't quite place...

Please believe when I say the guys they hired are funny outside of this terrible clip. They were mainstays on "Whose Line is it Anyway?", both the UK and US edition. I'm pretty sure this was written by some out-of-touch white house guy on account of Stephen Colbert having his own material. There's a video where Brad Sherwood (rapping white guy) makes a joke about Bush only winning because it was a game of "Eenie Meenie, Miney Moe"!

This is AWESOME! Every time I think about the tens of thousands of US troops who died or horribly disfigured in Iraq, and I think - PSYCHE! -- ROVE GOTCHA GOOD, TROOPS!! -- HAHA!

I never thought anything could make me feel sorry for Karl Rove.
Seeing Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood fall this low makes me die a little inside.

By far the tackiest thing in the history of politics. Shameful the ignorance of these people we were forced to call our leaders. And whats with the Uncle Tom in the background...
