MegaMan X8: Item Hunt P1 - Central White (Part 12)

Here we go, a 100% items runthrough within a playthrough. Think of it as sort of an intermission. Speaking of intermissions, I haven't encountered one yet. Are there certain events that trigger them?

Nevermind. Let the item hunt begin!


Central White:

As much as I hate going through the vehicle portion of the level (which is basically 99% of the stage), I really have no choice since both the items are right at the end.

[Head Parts H]:
Use Optic Sunflower's weapon to melt down the ice wall. It is recommended to have Zero for the wall jumps.

[Rare Metal]:
With Zero, jump left of the cliff and when you reach the peak of your jump, immediately air dash. Once you've completed about 75% of your air dash, quickly push [left + special weapons button] to use Gigabolt's weapon.

With Axl, simply jump and hover over to the rare metal.

For the PC version, they give you the option of choosing which languages you want before installing.

Other than that, you can change languages at the title screen.

Gigabolt Man-o-War's weapon. Simply dash and while in the dash animation, push left and the special weapons button together to perform that move.

to get intermissions you need to have some mistakes in some stages you will encounter intermissions if you do that
