The leverage lat pull on the Powertec Multi System is a truly unique lat exercise. Being a leverage exercise it is naturally different to a traditional lat pulldown on a cable machine.
In this video Brad demonstrates how to perform this exercise to maximise lat development. The leverage lat pulldown is similiar to a chin up to the back of the neck, without the stress that is placed on the shoulders with these types of chins.
