@RecreationalMeds That's pretty close to what I figured out. Except I play the 7th extension on Bm7, E7 and Em7. And instead of the F# I play an A#m7b5. It has mostly the same notes but it sets up the key change a little better. From A major to B major. Key changes like that usually involve some trick, That way the #A chord(just the root) functions as a VII when it turns to B major.
Not sure what's right, I like your Fm chord, but that's likely how it would be explained in theory. Clever song.
