Melanie lacks vocal control and squeaks at the tip while hitting the high notes...she's like grade school music pupil against a pro like charice, who at 17, was already compared to the big divas...Jessica sanchez of American Idol, who is only 16, is even way better than this squeaking cow melanie...Melanie should be compared more with Jessice...they both have similar vocal texture..In two years time, see how Jessica would slaughter her - a flop like X-Factor that has mistakenly made her win

my gosh....not only doesn't melanie have low notes, she is grossly STRUGGLING in all her high notes...SHE WAS SO OUT OF TUNE FOR SO MANY TIMES...I COULD NOT IMAGINE UP TO WHAT LEVEL SHE COULD BUTCHER IF SHE WERE TO COMPLETE THE WHOLE SONG.. Goodness, is this the best what Simon has to show!!!!

From a higher key note like "As long as you're there" to lower key like "God Bless America" & rap like "Gold Digger", can also sing ala-soprano tone like "The Prayer", & can sing soulful songs like "Not Leaving without you", Powerful Ballads like "Bodyguard Medley", can sustain long high notes like "Oh Holy Night". Something Melanie can never do.

" Oh Holy Night", "As long As you're there", "Bodyguard Medley", "You'll Never Walk Alone", "Listen", "Halo", "I'm not leaving without you", "God Bless America", "I Believe". Charice received standing ovations singing these songs in several countries. Melanie tried one difficult song "I have nothing" and she flat out of tune twice. Melanie is only Beyonce's level. All three artist in this video can sing, so it is simply a matter of choice and I prefer Melanie's voice and her singing over these other two artist any day. I believe that she will be bigger and more celebrated than any other artist on the planet. When it happens, remember you heard it here first!
