NO PARKING.mov

Breakers Drive is a lovely beach front neighborhood. Parking in the public parking lot is $15 most days and as high as $25/day on July 4th and Labor Day, so many cheapskates sneak in the gate and attempt to park for free. To discourage these freeloaders, the residents have put up NO PARKING signs, 22 in all, just on the beach-side of the street. These can't all be compliant. As you watch try to pick out the bootleg signs the neighbors made for themselves...
