The new movie's not out in Sweden yet, so I'm going back and watching all the previous ones, in order, and reviewing them. These are my thoughts on the last muppet movie of the 1900s and the first muppet movie of the 2000s.

  • @AlohaJoe Like I said, The Dark Crystal's strengths are mainly visual. Scriptwise, Labyrinth is a much stronger film.

  • @Swenglish I always thought Dark Crystal was kind of boring. I never could get into it. It's been awhile since I've seen it, though, so maybe I should give it another chance. I love Labyrinth, though. It's amazing.

  • @AlohaJoe Very Merry isn't completely worthless, it has some nice bits in it, but it's definitely the most skippable so far.

    On a slightly related note, I just watched The Dark Crystal. Not for a review, just 'cause my mother asked me to bring a movie. It's gorgeous. The story is just simple fantasy without a lot of depth, but it works, and the look of the movie is fantastic.

  • I love Muppets From Space. Haven't seen the Christmas one. Not sure if I'd want to...
