@TheHoffman95 No if you Enchant the Dagger to + 15 agility it will stay like that till lvl 80
Same as every other Enchant,But the core Stats change on the Heirloom.

I made a NE rogue for the same reasons, shadowmeld is like an additional vanish.

@shreeyadz870 that is no true i am a lvl 14 rogue i have already farmed enough honor for 1 piece of heirloom gear(the rogue shoulders) and am only like 300 honor away form the second piece it takes a while ( a single heirloom a week) but i am enjoying it, also u get all the achievements when its still fairly easy to get.
