2 Oct 2007 Visit to Selayang Dog Pound

Visited Selayang Dog Pound with SPCA. Conditions were terrible. Note the dogs barely had any shade from the sun. Also it is somewhat cleaner at this point as the floors have just been washed (with the dogs in the cages).

That looks more like a PUPPY MILL., but true, some pounds in the world are in aweful conditions.

i hate dog pound ..should change law for safe dogs if put sleep then why not put sleep for human no different use common sense.

What sort of life is that for the poor dogs. I know they are being fed and have water which is more than they would have if stray. But it's just such a sad, lonely existence for them :(
