its basically a computer running windows which is almost identical to a PC and the note dispenser system was built in the USA or Germany as well as the assembly of the whole machine. But everything depends on the brain which is the computer and this was either assembled in Malaysia, Taiwan or China. Now in regards to Malaysia, there are a lot of Malaysian Indians there. Hence why I made my comment assuming the computer on the atm was made in Malaysia.

ROFL! That's hilarious! It obviously has a command repeat problem which can happen if you code it that way. Why they would code it to include repeats of the print statement code I dont know. You can code so that any command is repeated and this will repeat all erroneous commands. But why.....
