Roaring to its first national championship in March 1950, the CC hockey team turned a close game into a nightmare for Boston University by scoring 10 times in the third period of a 13-4 victory at the old Broadmoor Ice Palace. The two goals by Tony Frasca and Cam Berry in this video clip at the expense of All-NCAA Tournament goaltender Ike Bevins came just 15 seconds apart and were part of a rampage that saw the Tigers strike for seven tallies in a span of 6:50 on the official game clock. Believe it or not, BU actually led 1-0 after 20 minutes of play in this title game.

  • Thank God this was before my time. It would have made me want to throw up. Great piece of video. Go...or, in this case, don't go...Terriers! ;)

  • Awesome video. What a rout from the tigers.

  • Great video! How about one from '57? Let's hope we get another championship soon!

    Go CC!
