Wesley, keep on staying POSITIVE, and YES, THE PRIVATE BUSINESS SECTOR NEEDS TO BE SELF RELIANT. THE GOVT NEEDS TO MAKE IT EASIER TO RUN YOUR OWN COMPANY TO MAKE IT EASIER TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE.
