I have one and am very happy with it. It's been great for all indoor and outdoor events. It's entry level JBL but works well. It is actually decent for what you pay for it. Of course you can buy more expensive models and makes.

JRX is entry level but still decent speakers. I currently use the MRX line. SRX line when i get more money.

I just wanna make one correction about the HPF.For example, if you want to take an output from the subwoofer to say a powered 2-way speaker, the HPF would cut the low frequencies from the signal that the woofer is getting and send the adjusted signal to the next speaker. THRU means that the signal is passed without being touched. This setting does not actually affect the subwoofer signal. I hope this clears up some stuff.
