Whoa, they DO sound like R142/143/160's! Even if I had no idea this was a 46A, I would notice the sound.

....Siegen? This Trucks are build by Bombardier works in Kassel/ Germany, the former HENSCHEL works! You ´re interested? I have a foto from Transport the Truck 4650 of NJ Transit in Germany!

No, there is no Siemens in the truck design. SIE stands for Siegen, the plant, where Bombardier manufacture the tracks.
