This is video #3 in our 4 part series of how to modify an excavator track frame for the purpose of utilizing a Non OEM idler. Video #3 focuses on the fabrication of the adapter used to connect the Non OEM idler to the track tensioning spring.

These two custom adapters will be used on a Halla HE-130LCE excavator. Earlier videos in this series focused on the cutting, grinding, and welding preparation required for this project.Video #4 wil focus on installation of the Non OEM idler and putting the track back on.
