Sorry about your lost, such a beautiful airplane. It was a "Dumb thumb." (pilot errors). Blame it on your self not your plane. Have you ever heard of a "right rudder "? People usually use it during take off you know, especially when flying a tail dragger. It will keep you airplane track straight and true.
