if you could answer my question that'd be great. Say you want to switch a characters head from facing the front, to facing the side. How would i go about doing this efficiantly. (Like how they do with animating southpark in Maya with replacement animation) I've come up with a few methods such as switching the layers that each plane "head's facing directions" are on, but Blender doesnt mark those kinds keyframes on the timeline, so it will get confusing figuring out which frame i keyed what on.

( I'm still a fan ! ) oh, by the way, is this a ( completely ) free way ?
