@DehumanizedSoul It was somewhat mutual but more or less they gave him the boot, he couldn't play fast enough for the songs they were writing on The Curse so they found someone else.

i think their new stuff is very good it shows musical growth.... there are hardly any bands that show a different style , when releasing new albums.... besides trivium, machine head and linkin park( dont hate for mentioning lp's name) but they showed a lot of growth from where they came from to where they are now..
