Sit back, relax and fasten your safety belt as we fly from Birmingham (BHX) to Toronto (YYZ) in just under 8 minutes. It's July 1998 and once out of the Birmingham area it's a lovely clear day at 35,000ft. Aside from the detailed flight plan, weather and aircraft information given by a real friendly, chatty Captain, look out for the iconic Rotunda building in Birmingham City Centre on take off and the Air Canada retrojet and Royal Airlines B727 at the end.

Dedicated to all Canada 3000 employees who gave great service whenever I travelled with you. You are missed.
