Playing over the dividing pylons between the two nations, the Americans ponder the implications of their game on U.S. customs law.

How is that funny? Mexico built cities near the border because they were pushed back. The U.S. built cities further inland to distance themselves from any resistance and to be more easily accessible to the transcontinental rail.

@hellhound911 And if you read the treaty that purchased the land, which was only a small strip, northern California, Northern AZ, etc. were all stolen in an unprovoked invasion. In the treaty, it gave Mexican citizens to cross the border for economic reasons legally.
