Mahalo for posting one of my fave Kalapana tunes (which I use often in my videos of annual Aloha Fests, luaus etc). Back in da day in da '70s, my concert partner booked C&K, Kalapana and other Hawaiian acts at his club, the GOLDEN BEAR in Huntington Beach, CA.
Bummed I missed C&K's 35th Anniv at Waikiki Shell with Kalapana as I just got out of the hospital days before. But I was there in spirit and will see C&K Sept.28 in CA at Cerritos Ctr for Performing Arts. Wish Kalapana was on the bill!
