I checked each fighter's profile on wiki and there is nothing on record for either fighter, that Karo and Mayehm ever fought eachother. Is this an amateur fight or an exhibition? Or is this some dude who just looks Mahem? Also couldn't help but notice the video cuts out right when they announce his name.

Actually Jason Miller talks about this fight in interviews on how much Karo kicked his butt in some small, no-named MMA fight. So this is probably the real fight. He said he went into the fight hearing that there was this judo guy he was going to fight, and he really wasn't taking it seriously until he realized it was Karo.
