If you don't mind a suggestion dear, you should try Kosher Salt or Sea Salt instead of Iodized salt. Either salt will produce a much better flavor without all of the chemicals... I'm not a fan of eating Iodine personally. I think you and your husband seem like wonderful people. Keep the videos coming!

Hi Ms.Betty! I've been watching most of your videos and i find them really helpful especially that im an Asian,my husband liked most of the food i cooked for him from your recipe!just wondering how long did you cook the meat on the grill?this recipe looks easy to make,yet looks so good!:)

@tess453 Thanks for your lovely comment! The time on the grill will vary with the heat of the grill and the thickness of your pork chops, but generally it will take about 25 minutes over indirect heat. Pork must be cooked all the way done, so check to make sure there is no pink showing when you take them off the grill.
