Note: I created the movement for this dance—as for nearly all of my work since 1992—by videotaping myself improvising and then, with the dancers, learning sections of the video as close to "verbatim" as possible. For this work, for the first time, I also videotaped the other dancers improvising, and we've used some of that movement material as well. — NG/
