Watched the whole video. I almost weeped with the images from 1:28 min on... I do not know how to explain what I felt watching that part! Words like brotherhood, emotion, wolves, wildering and many other came to my mind.... If somebody likes NW, would know why those words...

Could you tell me from what performance are those images??

i still think Tarja is better, because she had such a beautiful and unique voice that fit the bandlike no other voice could. with Annette, Nightwish became more pop like, not necessarily pop itself, but more pop like. It saddens me that a band that made such amazing music would submit and go with whats more popular instead of keeping their epic, beautiful and unique music.

It's a great thing that nightwish continues to do good music, with or without Tarja, and don't get me wrong - I like Tarja, but it's still nightwish without her, and her things are good as well. I hope they will release something new soon :-). Until then, you can try listening to:

I don't hate Anette or the rest of Nightwish and I mean absolutely no offense to them but I just wish they would change the band's name because to me Nightwish no longer exists. It died with Tarja's departure. And I am not a Tarja's fanboy or anything.

@mongrale I feel somewhat similarly, but the way I've seen it, Anette was the best of those who auditioned. They didn't want someone that was like Tarja; I honestly believe that if they had picked someone with a similar voice, people would be even more upset.
