How To:
Lie with your head and upper back on the Bosu Ball. Position your arms alongside your body with your palms down for stability and extend your left leg up at a 45 degree angle to the floor. Keeping your right foot on the floor with knee bent, lift your buttocks, pushing your lower pelvis upward. Lower your pelvis slowly and repeat.
