I think you missed his whole point.. He's suggesting NOT to follow the AL Gore premise, but lets make home grown energy,american jobs and have energy security... And yes people selling wind turbines, solar panels and biofuel will get RICH. No doubt. No matter what plan there is about anything, someone will profit from it, that doesn't mean its a scam.
