Do you think the President has the power to simply send a division of guardsmen to a flooded in a mere few days? The uneducated think that federal relief has the ability to simply appear in the matter of an instant. Disasters happen, they are terrible, and there is always something that could have been executed more efficiently. You liberals need to stop pointing fingers at Bush for every fault in the country and see disasters for how they are, national tragedies that we all take toll from.
