Hi Jasmeet, i think the better players can be counted on fingers. Can u pls kindly list the better players? In that case even the Master Blaster Sachin is not a complete player, remember he is a failed captain. U can find very few players better than Ganguly. Ganguly had 11000+ runs in ODI 7000+ runs in Test 100 wickets in ODI he just played 300+ matches. Best captain. How many better players India had with this stature? Sachin, Ganguly, Dravid are genious of Indian Cricket..

you are right about the records, no doubt. he is a big captain like 3 best captains are: dhoni, ganguly and azharuddin. he has records and so is one of the top. but remember that's not all about it.

he couldn't continue playing, couldn't have the form any more, got in to politics like dravid and hence got out of the team like dravid. this didn't happen to sachin. i have never seen a humble, dignified and generous like sachin + saurav feels good to mention his own records and
