Saw this many years ago watched it when i was a kid for some reason the music also came back when I saw any Lionel Atwill movie he was all ways one of my favorites. Its a shame they don't make them like this any more. Thank you
Thanks for uploading this precursor to the film, "Murder in the Blue Room." Its my first time seeing this version and its really good! Keep the good stuff coming!
Thank you for posting this video.. I have been looking many years for this movie and never found it until now.. Watched it when I was a kid and never forgot it... Thank you =)
Thanks for this movie! You gotta love that monoplane circling the world, in the old Universal logo. And the use of "Swan Lake" over the opening credits- the 4th Universal thriller to do that- after "Dracula," "Murders in the Rue Morgue," and "The Mummy." This is a rarely-shown film- and lots of fun. Another vintage horror for Gloria Stuart, and Lionel Atwill in his element. He was always good in '30s shockers. It is very atmospheric, with a creepy castle. You can guess the ending, but that's OK.
Like phillipcullen, I saw this when I was about 10, on a Halloween night, and have wanted to see it again for years. Thanks!
