Horror classic from the early 1930s, considered for years to be a "lost" movie.

  • Saw this many years ago watched it when i was a kid for some reason the music also came back when I saw any Lionel Atwill movie he was all ways one of my favorites. Its a shame they don't make them like this any more. Thank you

  • I sure hope I can sleep tonight.

  • Thanks for uploading this precursor to the film, "Murder in the Blue Room." Its my first time seeing this version and its really good! Keep the good stuff coming!

  • wow,i hadnt seen this since the early 60's. I must be awful dumb. I couldn't remember who dunnit, nor could I figure it out. What a great movie!

  • Thanks for posting this one, I had never seen it before.

  • Thank you for posting this video.. I have been looking many years for this movie and never found it until now.. Watched it when I was a kid and never forgot it... Thank you =)

  • Thanks for this movie! You gotta love that monoplane circling the world, in the old Universal logo. And the use of "Swan Lake" over the opening credits- the 4th Universal thriller to do that- after "Dracula," "Murders in the Rue Morgue," and "The Mummy." This is a rarely-shown film- and lots of fun. Another vintage horror for Gloria Stuart, and Lionel Atwill in his element. He was always good in '30s shockers. It is very atmospheric, with a creepy castle. You can guess the ending, but that's OK.

  • have been wanting to see this for years...watched it last night....THANKS
