Switch to dumbells? I can't even find a trap bar at the gym. And who has two barbells at home to do this circuit?

I looked online, and apparently the shoulder press and the military press are one and the same movements. The only difference is that you do a shoulder press with dumbbells and you do the military press with a barbell.

That's what I've been doing, it seems like it works fine. I think the trapbar/barbell is mainly meant for stabilizing your movements.

this is amazing, isnt the workout listed in the description box wrong, casue u dont do those in the video.
