"Muscle Building In A Rush" Week 3
1a: Trap Bar Deadlift (4 reps)
1b: Pullups (4 reps)
1c: Barbell Military Press (4 reps)

Perform 4 reps for each set (1a, 1b, 1c)
without taking a break in between sets.
Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.

  • I looked online, and apparently the shoulder press and the military press are one and the same movements. The only difference is that you do a shoulder press with dumbbells and you do the military press with a barbell.

  • That's what I've been doing, it seems like it works fine. I think the trapbar/barbell is mainly meant for stabilizing your movements.
