@usaf317 -- Not your call. Manning deserves a fair, just and impartial trial. I hope the world sees how the U.S. Government treats their own who are gifted with a Bill of Rights and Constiution. It is no longer a gift, accept it. If Manning doesn't deserve a fair trial then you wouldn't either... So, what did you founding fathers fight for, was it just taxes or truth and justice.

Not convicted, not proven guility, not tried, not guilty? Not guilty until tried. Should not be prosecuted until tried. You missed the entire idea where the U.S. Government contains three parts, the Executive Branch, the Congressional Branch and the Judicial Branch.

If he is American he gets a speedy trial, otherwise he can't be charged with treason. Manning is the next Ellsberg, not Assange. Manning has not been convicted of an offense, nor tried. Two faced America style lives on. Justice is a joke foreign or domestic. America is a lie. If you don't agree, fine, at least live with the facts and let them lie on your concience alone. Idiots. Our court system was the only freedom left, now it's gone too....

The Justice System in this Country is CRAP! whatever happened to 'Innocent until proven Guilty? and there are ALOT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE BEHIND BARS because the Justice is Blind. and I'm not just talkin' about this case.
