Some storms coming in from the west were heading to middlesex county. Earlier they looked inflow dominant on radar however by the time I made it there they were Linear and in an area I hate to chase (Strathroy and surrounding area). I made the mistake of going on a highway without many exits and driving into the core ending the chase as they were too fast to corepunch and catch up so I headed home after bungling the first set. Later that day a tiny storm showing a small amount of rotation showed up on radar near where I live so I left to check it out. I was surprised by a nice looking shelf and areas of rotation near the core and under the shelf itself! The stills off of this little cell were pretty nice! These storms were borderline severe in strength and largest hail I encountered in the core was nickle.

  • Oops, haha I forgot to send them out. I SCREWED this day up bad. I was too aggressive hoping to see a tube so I didn't let the big one come to me I went to it. I thought another exit would be closer than it was on the small highway I was on and went into the core and missed the rest of those storms. The rest was images of the beginning of another huge storm later in the day.
