right because they only count you as unemployed so long as you receive benefits, which means even if you run out of benefits and don't have a job. You're all of a sudden, magically employed just because you no longer receive benefits.

Pretty much all I hear on the MSM (fox, msnbc, cnn, et al.) is "straw man" logical fallacies. It's amazing how many sheeple see that kind of behavior and are completely hoodwinked into buying the fallacy. I personally know a number of them. People unable to actually hold a rational conversation on a subject.

So using fuzzy political math, the longer people are unemployed, the less unemployment we have. And all because of the UDD.

Actually jobless numbers did not go down, if you look at the way Clinton redefined what unemployment meant.
Clinton changed it so that you were not counted as unemployed If you simply stopped receiving unemployment, Which meant that the unemployment numbers would go down. Not because you got a job, but because you ran out of unemployment benefits.
It's really a very cheap and ghastly way of manipulating the numbers.

I was shocked at what a jerk that guy on the Ed show was it allmost makes you wonder why he had Peter on at all since he had no interest in hearing his responce to any of the questions.

I think ron paul has become master with dealing with these media hacks, as you say. He has really learned how to steer these bad interviews to where they still get out the message, and dr. paul doesnt get involved or flustered in those situations.

If Mr Schiff runs I am sure people with common sence will vote for him.. Lets just hope there is a majority of them. Anyway I wish him the most of success.
