The is a vertical engine built by my great-grandfather in about 1885. He made the patterns, cast them and then machined the various parts. I added the flywheel, a few bushings and piping to help it run, it still needs some modifications to run smoother. To give it a better look, I added the cherry base outside the original base.

  • Like I said in the other comment I removed because I had put the wrong thing in I would still like to see them running together.

  • now thats what a steam engine is supost to sound like!
