I don't know if you could advise me at all but I've recently moved to China and am looking to buy another pole, I was using the X-Pole before but I think my ceiling is too high, such as the one in this video.
I don't suppose you have any idea where I could get a similar one shipped in?!

Lovely. Question: when you do a lot of inverts do your shoulder joints ever feel like they're under pressure, like they're pulling or something...? Is it something I'm doing wrong or do I need to do some more shoulder strengthening exercises? It never used to bother me before, I used to feel inverts in my abs now I'm feeling it in my shoulders... Confused

@MizzGabrielle1987 are you doing the shoulder mounts with cupped hands or twisty grip? Try using the cup grip, this should place less strain on shoulders. And no, I never feel strain on my shoulder doing shoulder mount besides the pressure of the pole on them. Perhaps your hsoulders are injured from another move, in which case, you need to rest it or check it out
