The audio is horrible, yes, but furthermore you dont need to add the rings one at a time. The breading will actually separate as it fries, so it's perfectly alright to scoop the rings in in little handfuls and just separate them with your slotted spoon as you stir them in the oil. The act of stirring them should separate the pieces without much difficulty.
Adding them one at a time is time consuming, and leads to uneven cooking, as those first added will be very, very well cooked
