The only thing they saying this from the Train Dispacthers they look at the trains to see where they are i know how it is

Its the only train that share the same track other than the A and plus I can also tell by the timers being all red!

How did you know that a D train was ahead of you? was an announcement made?

I know and this is a weekend so @ this particular time the C wasn't running and there is no weekend B service!

It's maddening the way they keep the trains from going fast. You know there's no traffic up ahead and yet the dispatchers keep the signals yellow and red. When I was a kid I can remember flying by the stations so fast that you couldn't read the station signs.

I rode on many A trains of R-10s along that stretch in the olden days; they could make the run in five minutes. By the time you reached 81st St., you were flying.

The R-10's are better than those boring 75fters they got on the A now. I'm glad I got a chance to ride the Arnines (R-1/R-9)!
